Fall is here! With it brings more school and we are learning about stewardship. Being good stewards of all God gives us- our bodies, time, talents, money, etc. We had our annual family pics last Saturday and here is a sampling! Thank you Jesus for our family and friends, for the beautiful leaves turning colors and blessings that come in abundance when following You.

It has been for forever! Samuel is officially 18 months and has enough energy for three kids in one! Both Isaac (now 8) and Kenna (now 5) played soccer and just had their last games Saturday morning in the freezing, freezing cold weather with lots of wind! We survived and the kids love the sport. It is Isaac's favorite and he is quite well at it too. We are still homeschooling and it is going well. David's job is great. I am, well, busy all day long. I will treasure these times because I KNOW in my heart of hearts they will zoom past me and I WILL miss them terribly. Well, here are a few photos- Praise report: I had skin cancer and David removed it ALL...so I am now cancer free. Weird to say. Well LOVE to everyone.

Isaac and Makenna had their buddy, Evan, over for two nights. We had lots of fun. David took them fishing and they caught lots of trout...we even ate it the next day for lunch. YUM!

Here are some pictures of Samuel's dedication on April 6th by Pastor Monte at our church. My grams came over to join us. Samuel was a huge ham in front of the church. It was great to finally dedicate Samuel.

Look Who Got into the SUCKERS!

Well, Family and Friends...it has been a long time since we have posted news on what is happening with our family. So here we are...Samuel is officially a one year old (as of April 4th). He is a wild thing and eats up any attentions he gets. Isaac calls him Scooter and it is very fitting because he is always on the go and going FAST! Speaking of Isaac he is playing third year of ball and enjoying the time! David is co-coaching and many of his friends are on the team too. Makenna is usually doing ballet, but taking a short break. David and I just got done graduating from Financial Peace University- a 13 week course in learning how to better manage finances and such! It was an awesome learning experience. Steph is still homeschooling. Right now the kids are learning God's attribute of attentiveness and their unit study is on birds. It has been fun watching the birds that eat off the new bird feeders we put up. Today we are going to disect owl puke. Yep, we are going to reconstruct the bones found in the pellet to see what the owl ate! Fascinating, I know! Don't be jealous! :) Well, the kids are ready to get busy with that! We miss everyone so much and we will try to do better with the blog updates! love and hugs! Collins x 5
